The General Office of the Ministry of Agriculture on the issuance of veterinary drug GMP inspection

Acceptance Assessment Criteria

Animal Husbandry and Veterinary (Agriculture and Animal Husbandry) Departments (bureaus and offices) of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government:

In order to strengthen the supervision and administration of the production of veterinary drugs, ensure the quality of inspection and acceptance of GMP for veterinary drugs, and further standardize the production of veterinary drugs, according to the Regulations on the Administration of Veterinary Drugs and the Quality Management Practices for the Production of Veterinary Drugs (Order of the Ministry of Agriculture No. 11, 2002), the Ministry of Agriculture has organized the revision of the Inspection and Acceptance Evaluation Standards for GMP for Veterinary Drugs, which are hereby issued. This standard will come into force on October 1, 2010, and the former Inspection and Acceptance Evaluation Standard for Veterinary Drug GMP (Agricultural Medical Office [2006] No. 6) will be abolished by then.
