[Pharmacological Effects] Pharmacodynamics Flunisin glumethylamine is a kind of cyclooxygenase inhibitor with analgesic, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic effects. Analgesic effect is through the suppression of peripheral prostaglandin or its pain-sensitizing substance synthesis or their combined action, thereby blocking the conduction of pain impulse caused by. The anti-inflammatory effect of peripheral tissue may be caused by inhibition of coxidase, reduction of prostaglandin precursor substance formation, and inhibition of other mediators to induce local inflammatory response.

Pharmacokinetics After a single intramuscular injection (2.2mg/kg body weight), the plasma elimination half-life was 3-4 h, the peak concentration was 2.94μg/ mL, the peak time was 0.4 h, and the drug could still be detected in the blood 18 h after administration. [Usage and Dosage] Intramuscular and intravenous injection: one dose, 0.04ml for each 1kg body weight of cattle and pigs; 0.02 ~ 0.04ml for dogs and cats. Use 1 ~ 2 times a day for no more than 5 days.

[Adverse Reactions] Intramuscular injection can stimulate the local area. Long-term use of large doses of this product may cause gastric ulcers and renal damage in animals.
