[Properties] This product is light yellow crystalline powder.

Pharmacological action: tetracycline antibiotics. Doxycyclin reversibly binds to the receptor on the 30S subunit of the bacterial ribosome, interferes with the formation of ribosome complex between tRNA and mRNA, prevents the extension of the peptide chain and inhibits the synthesis of protein, so that the growth and reproduction of bacteria are rapidly inhibited. Doxycycline had an inhibitory effect on both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. The bacteria were cross-resistant to doxycycline and oxytetracycline.

It is rapidly absorbed by internal administration, less affected by food, high bioavailability, strong tissue penetration, wide distribution, and long maintenance time of effective blood drug concentration. The protein binding rate in pigs was 93%.

It is used for the treatment of colibacillosis, salmonellosis, pasteurellosis caused by gram-positive and negative bacteria and respiratory diseases caused by mycoplasma in pigs and chickens.

[Usage and dosage] to doxycycline. Mixed drink: 100mg chicken per 1L water. Continue to use for 3 ~ 5 days.
